Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

On behalf of our fast-growing and dynamic, industry leading client, we have an exciting search underway for a Senior Director of FP&A. This is a high profile, strategic role providing insight and support to key business decision making.

Reporting to the VP Global Finance, your responsibility will be broad including oversight of financial systems, corporate FP&A as well as planning and analytical support to business operations and the product management team. 

You will be an inspiring leader of a large team supporting M&A activity, BOD presentations, performance management reporting, budgets/forecasts and continuous improvements. You will also provide leadership and direction in development and execution of short and long term strategic financial objectives.

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
  • CPA designation (US and/or Canada) and or MBA
  •  10+ years relevant experience in a senior finance role
  • Demonstrated track record of success in financial leadership with significant FP&A responsibilities
  • Experience in the technology, software or manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Public company experience with either US or Canadian listed companies
  • A proven executor of responsibilities and proactive thinker of ideas and plans for continuous improvement
  • Solid people management, team development and coaching skills
  • Ability to communicate and drive change, adding value as a member of the executive team
  • Must be most at ease in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
