Our client is a successful Canadian company undergoing change in order to increase productivity, grow revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. As the VP Operations, reporting to the President, you will be the national leader responsible for managing change as you lead, develop and support the operations teams across Canada. This is a critical time to analyze current productivity and service levels and identify opportunities for improvement as well as growth. Work closely with the different locations and business unit leaders to develop strategies, build highly motivated and engaged teams and meet corporate operational and financial goals. Bring a focus on continuous improvement, seek out solutions, build business cases to support change and establish long term goals for success and growth. Work collaboratively with internal business units and corporate stakeholders as well as external customers and suppliers.
