Reporting to the Vice President, Client and Account Operations, you will be expected to deliver the highest standard of client reporting and servicing for clients and internal business partners. In this role, you will be expected to ensure that all reporting deadlines are met, providing superior quality and execution, maintaining successful relationships with internal partners, and participating in various projects where appropriate. 

You will be encouraged to bring forth new ideas on how to improve processes and productivity, keep up to date on any regulatory developments that affect the business, and work within the team to foster an environment of learning, cooperation and excellence.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for coordination and generation of quarterly statements for all private and institutional clients
  • Administration and maintenance for any quarterly statement related tasks.
  • Responsible for all regulatory client mailings (annual and semi-annual fund financials and standing instruction letters).
  • Prepare, coordinate and generate all applicable year-end reporting.
  • Generation and dissemination of monthly and quarterly client reports
  • Balance time on projects related to client reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Responsible for supporting and trouble-shooting our internal applications as it relates to client data.
  • Liaison with print vendor(s) regarding any client mailings or statement inquiries.
  • Assist in other administrative duties and special projects when required.
 
In order to be considered for this position, you will have the following qualifications:
 
  • University Undergraduate degree.
  • Canadian Securities Course an asset.
  • 5+ years of financial services experience (administration / client services).
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Bilingualism (English / French) would be an asset (but is not a requirement).
