Our client is an exciting, growing logistics business who is looking to hire a Business Development Manager into this expanding sales team to manage a portfolio of clients within Canada. Based in GTA West, you will prospect for new opportunities and develop business plans outlining key verticals and geographic territories. You will be strategic and consultative in building customer relationships, developing value-add solutions and focusing on long term partnerships. Determining "good" clients, collaborating with internal teams, making business presentations and managing client relationships is critical for success in this role.

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
  • Undergrad degree or diploma in a business-related discipline
  • Experience in a sales role which has involved account management and business development
  • Experience responding to proposals, delivering presentations and establishing strong relationships
  • Be a go getter, driven, business orientated, responsible and entrepreneurial individual
  • Experience within distribution, E-Commerce, logistics, transportation or outsourcing industries preferred
