As they expand their footprint in the Lower Mainland, they are staffing up!  They are in need of a talented and driven Property Manager-Senior Living for one of their newly acquired Senior Living properties.  Reporting directly to the CEO, the main responsibility of this role is to ensure the company is maximizing the NOI while delivering high quality of operational services. Responsibilities for the suitable candidate include overseeing and managing the outsourcing of maintenance, security and cleaning services, preparing property budgets, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports,  reviewing operating statements to uncover performance concerns,  conducting financial analysis, market studies and industry standard reporting and being aware of and assessing industry trends and new developments.

 In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in either Business, Finance or Real Estate
  • 5 years progressive experience in operations of seniors housing and/or health care facilities
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills including financial modeling & valuation. Understands the concept of NOI for Real Estate investments
  • Excellent contract evaluation and negotiation skills
  • Strong strategic and analysis skills
  • Mandarin fluency an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A self-starter who is results-oriented.
