Our client is an Organic Waste Management company that has developed and commercialized a food waste disposal system for On-Site food waste treatment without the need of transportation or hauling of waste. Through its innovative patented technology they offer the best alternative solutions to the global food waste problem. Their technology protects the environment, saves landfill space, reduces greenhouse gas emission, and above all saves money for the end-users. As the Chief Executive Officer, you will develop, lead and execute a strategic business plan to promote revenue, profitability and growth of the organization. You will generate and drive business development initiatives building new partnerships and contacts, and ensure operational excellence to enhance profitability. Leading the organization, you will be a strategic thinker responsible for growing the company from an early stage, into a leader in its sector.

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:

•    Demonstrated track record of success in the Boardroom as a Senior Executive who can, identify Merger and acquisition opportunities and grow the business through capital raises
•    Business development expertise required along with a preferred knowledge of the Waste Management/ Clean Technology sector and relevant agencies and contacts
•    MBA or Business undergrad with 10+ years relevant progressive experience
•    Proven business and sales strategy experience, having driven revenue growth and profitability
•    Solid people management, team development and coaching skills
•   Exceptional polish and presence to deal with clients at an Executive level 
•   Must be able to travel, be financially savvy with investors, clients, financial institutions and industry partners
