Advisory Manager - Infrastructure Projects

Would you like to be part of a local “start-up” within a large, global organization?  Do you have experience executing or advising on infrastructure or energy projects?  Our client, a well-recognized advisory organization with over 20,000 employees globally, is looking for an Advisory Manager to join their team.
The Infrastructure Advisory group has just launched in North America.  The Advisory Manager will advise clients on transactions, greenfield projects, M&A and debt raises. 
Specific ongoing responsibilities include:
  • Work directly with clients and other stakeholders to advise them throughout the transaction process.
  • Work with colleagues and client teams to produce models, CIMs, analysis and documentation to support the deal process.
  • Manage lenders, asset owners, buy and sell side participants on behalf of the client.
  • Effectively manage the mandates assigned, including the budget, timelines and client expectations.
  • Work with the Head of Advisory with opportunity pursuits.
We are interested in hearing from people whose profile includes:
  • 4-5 years of experience executing infrastructure or energy transactions as an advisor, lender or investor.
  • Detailed knowledge of infrastructure project financial models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills – able to bring different interest to consensus.
  • Able to manage multiple mandates simultaneously and keep everything organized.
  • An appropriate qualification such as a BBA/BCOM, MBA, CFA or CPA designation.
