Sr. Manager, IT Advisory and Implementation

Litcom, a member of Farber, has a new opening for a Senior Manager to lead project delivery, drive consulting revenue, significantly contribute to practice development, and provide/demonstrate industry thought leadership.  Reporting to the Partner leading the practice, the Senior Manager - IT Advisory and Implementation is accountable for assisting in the development of the IT consulting services practice.
Take a lead role delivering engagements building strong relationships with senior client leadership and staff.
Lead and conduct IT strategy and assessment engagements. Deliver IT consulting on the design of client technology transformation programs including organization, governance, and implementation planning/road mapping. Provide senior client and external stakeholder engagement, facilitation and collaboration to drive IT transformation agendas. Oversee the development of application/data/infrastructure strategies and architectures. Lead and conduct software selection engagements (including options analysis and business case development). Lead and manage end-to-end focused ERP transformation and upgrade projects. Lead and manage business process re-engineering and business requirement gathering/analysis.
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
  • 10 years'+ experience in IT delivery including strategy and implementation.
  • Keen sense of business acumen and the ability to leverage technology to improve business performance.
  • Strong program/project management skills and experience (certification is an asset).
  • Experience in multiple implementation phases, vision and strategy, ERP/BI system selection, blue printing, design, development, testing, and support.
  • Experience in emerging technology trends; Cloud computing, Security, Big Data.
  • Interest and passion for relationship building, business development, new client generation and mentorship.
  • Strong client relationship management and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving abilities.
