Senior Product Manager, Asset Management

The Senior Product Manager will leverage their experience within the asset management industry acting as a conduit between the investment teams and the front-line Relationship Managers. This is a newly created role due to growth and innovation. The key goal of the role is to make an impact to the business by proactively identifying and executing on new methods to improving support for the relationship managers (and, therefore, for clients of the business). This role would be exciting for someone who can operate with a somewhat blank slate and help further define their role over time.

Qualifications include:
  • A minimum 5 years of experience within financial services marketing (asset management industry). Experience could include a combination of experience in one or more of the following areas: investment analysis, product management / marketing communications, and /or relationship management. The ideal candidate, however, will most likely leverage a senior background of 10+ years of experience. But, we would consider candidates with fewer years of experience provided they have all other qualifications and can demonstrate strong potential for development.
  • Demonstrated experience developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders / partners – demonstrated ability to work as a team player in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • CFA designation is strongly preferred. We would also consider candidates who are pursuing the CFA designation (Level II or III CFA). We are open to considering other candidates with advanced degrees or designations provided that they have the qualifications to excel in the role.
  • Undergraduate degree.
