To support the growth of our diverse lines of business and further leverage our deep and meaningful relationships, we are hiring a Director of Business Development for the Corporate Division.
 
This is an opportunity for a dynamic, motivated and exceptionally well-connected professional to have an influential role in building our business and financial advisory services. Connect with both C-Suite Executives, across a wide array of industries, as well as referral sources and centers of influence from the financial and professional services sectors. Focus on our client’s needs by providing a holistic approach to the market and by promoting customized solutions across our wide array of service offerings.

You will serve as an ambassador, supporting the organisation’s reputation for excellence and delivery of an exceptional client experience. You have a track record and reputation for building and nurturing relationships, providing exceptional customer service and delivering solutions to achieve the aspirations of our clients.
 
In order to be considered for this Director of Business Development opportunity you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
 
  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration or similar
  • A minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience, with a successful track record as a senior business development professional, from a Financial Services, Professional Services or a Consulting background
  • Exposure to lending or financing, corporate or commercial banking, business advisory services and/or private equity ideal
  • Experience as both a developer of new business and a senior relationship manager required, growing and managing a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional client service
  • Strong rolodex of contacts
  • Self-driven, capable of juggling multiple priorities, results oriented
  • Encompass our core values of collaboration, mutual respect, hard work and client first
