Our client is a Consumer Goods organization who have grown through their inspirational marketing.  Due to this growth, they are looking to hire a Digital Analytics Manager to report into the VP of Digital.  You will be responsible for selecting and implementing best-in-class analytical tools to provide the data and insights to achieve our clients’ objectives.  Based in Toronto, you will champion the digital data and analytics space by developing the strategy with which data-driven insights and recommendations will be used to support business growth. You will need to identify key trends in the market place and inform leadership of new developments and provide recommendations.  Identifying metrics for online campaigns, providing web and social analysis, integrating multiple data sources, working with partner agencies as well as uncovering consumer pain points with the e-commerce platforms are all key to being successful in this role.

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
  • Undergrad degree, diploma or certificate in a Business, Digital Marketing or a relevant area of study
  • Experience in a reporting on web analytics role which has involved providing actionable insights
  • A strong knowledge of Google Analytics, a variety of e-commerce, CRM, social and competitive analytical tools as well as SQL and UX design is necessary for this role
  • A knack for presenting complex data in a simple and easy to be understood manner
  • Experience managing search engine marketing and paid advertising programs, knowledge of organic search and optimization as well as measuring e-commerce sales and web traffic growth
  • Experience within CPG or Retail strongly preferred
